I emailed a week before explaining I didn't have address for delivery, only a phone number. They were fantastic, said no problem, rang the day before, got delivery details without giving up the surprise and then delivered a great product, on time as promised. Great Service and reliable!

I was a bit skeptical at first since I had been burned before but that's another story. I emailed Forever Florist to help me with the address and they replied to me ASAP. I have already used these guys two times, one during valentines day and they have both gotten on the day and put a smile on my girls face. I am using them a third time and I am so happy with these guys I thought it would be time to give them a review. Great service guys keep up the great work

Found these guys doing a Google search. Very happy. They phoned my girlfriend in advance to make sure she'd be home but didn't give away any details to maintain the surprise :) She loved the flowers and they looked just as good if not better than the pictures. Highly recommended company. If you're thinking about it don't hesitate, your girl will be very happy & you will be too.

I ordered gifts and flower for my husband, and they delivered it on the time i requested in the evening. They ring the recipient but they did not spoil the surprise. I ordered a belgian chocolate cake and flowers for a friend of mine for her birthday gift as I live in Canada. I placed the order a week ago and today without any prompt it was delivered to the intended person. Throughout the week, I was in regular touch with the customer service representatives of Forever Florist who would usually reply back to my email questions within fifteen minutes. Their standard of customer service has been exceptional and as soon as the item was delivered an email confirmation was sent to me. I am an extremely satisfied customer and will be definitely giving them more business in the future.

Valentine delivery

I used this service to send some flowers and a bottle of wine to my girlfriend. They found the delivery address without issue. The flowers were beautiful and my girlfriend really enjoyed the bottle of red wine. The vase was also very nice. I will use this service again and have recommended to my friends also. I am from Australia and wanted to send flowers to my Mother-in-Law for her Birthday. After a bad experience with another company, I'm glad I found Forever Florist. The other company after waiting 4 days for "same day service", I was fortunate enough to find Forever Florist. I placed my order, it was delivered within about 4 hours. I tried a second time with the same great service. We needed a custom bouquet for our parents 40th wedding anniversary. Whereas some other florist websites never even replied to my enquiries, Forever Florist answered very promptly. This florist has an excellent customer service which helped me make this a special bouquet for a very special event, they were very flexible and let me choose the flowers, and the payement for the custom bouquet was very easy. I have used Forever Florist 3 times now and was not sure at first if this was going to work out well because I had a terrible experience with another Florist before. Goal on First Try

We needed a holiday hamper for a friend, something nice but within a budget. Living 150km round trip from the nearest city, we went to the net and searched. After a couple of hours of searching, we chose a hamper from Forever-Florist. They had predominately positive reviews, showed nice-looking products, and offered next-day service. Sure enough, the package arrived at 12:12 p.m. the next day. The hamper was exactly as shown, with good packaging around individual items. This was my first experience with them, but it will not be the last; my wife and I are looking at their catalog for our next hamper. 5 stars, by all means!!

Awesome Florist. Orders a gift basket for Dad for Fathers Day and wanted to have flowers delivered to his wife, so she wasn't left out. They delivered a great basket of treats for Dad and a beautiful bouquet for his wife, on time and exactly according to my instructions. Fantastic job guys!. This morning I ordered 24 Red Roses in a vase to my girlfriend and I just got a call from my gf in surprise and amazement with the flowers delivered. They were delivered within 3 hours of placing my order and they were the extra large roses. My girlfriend said they were the biggest and freshest she had ever seen. Their web site was easy to use and I could add on a bear and some chocolates for a small extra fee and they sent me the delivery confirmation which told me she signed for them and the exact time they delivered. I am really amazed with their high level of service and can't recommend them highly enough. Their service is first class. I will be back to order again soon.

Forever Florist made a beautiful bouquet for my dad for fathers day, and delivered it at the exact date and time as I had wished. I sent a lot of emails asking various questions in which they responded very quickly and with a satisfying answer (also exceptional English, so there is no language confusion). You can trust that: the flowers are exactly (or even more) beautiful as they are in the picture, that they will be delivered on time, and that you get excellent costumer service. Briliantly efficient, professional & personal

I ordered flowers at short notice for a family member who was going in for an operation. I found their website very easy to navigate & I knew exactly what I was paying as they had a euro currency option. The phone number I gave for the recipient was invalid which forever florist sorted out for me through email. The part I'm most impressed with is that the family were not at home for the delivery as they were at the hospital so Forever Florist delivered them to the hospital which was over an hour away! The flowers arrived as a lovely welcome as the recipient woke from her operation. Ordered a hamper of 12 Roses, Chocs and Bottle of wine for my relatives. Timing of delivery at 3pm was perfect and spot on, as they only returned early morning that day. The presentation was nice, can't go wrong with Ferrero chocs and the wine was pleasant to drink. Compared with the others as mentioned, I'll stick with Forever Florist from now on. Keep it up!
